My Story
I've spent 25+ years building companies and coaching leaders at MasterCard, Hyatt, Expedia, Netflix, and so many others. Here's what I've learned: the hard part is never the strategy. It's the human part.
I co-founded PureMatter in Silicon Valley. Scaled it. Sold it. Been in the room for the impossible decisions. So when I coach teams and individuals now, I'm not guessing—I'm working from experience.
Nine years ago, I lost 85 pounds because I finally saw the pattern I'd been running. That's what I help you do: see the pattern and reframe it.
My work is simple: helping people remember that business is human. Whether I'm coaching executives, speaking at conferences, or writing books, I'm after the same thing—getting people to operate differently by seeing themselves more clearly first.
