You’ve probably heard a lot about the Internet of Things (IoT), the connecting of objects, locations, and people to the Internet. While some of it may be hype, here’s something that’s not: according to Business Insider, the market will be four times larger than the market for smartphones, tablets, and PCs combined.
What’s that mean for your business and your marketing team? How can IoT create efficiencies for current products and develop new ones that make people’s lives better? How much new data will you collect (tons) and will you be ready to use it to understand, target, and engage consumers?
