You're about to spend time with someone who's going to ask you questions that might make you uncomfortable. That's the point.
Executive coaching isn't consulting. I'm not here to just hand you a framework or a five-step plan. I'm here to help you see what you can't see on your own, the patterns you're stuck in, the stories you're telling yourself, the blind spots quietly running the show.
What We'll Actually Do
We start where you are. Not where you think you should be, not where the last leadership book told you to go. We start with what's real right now.
Maybe you're navigating a hard conversation you've been avoiding. Maybe you're feeling stuck between what you want and what you think you're supposed to want. Maybe you're just tired of performing and ready to figure out what leading actually looks like when you stop pretending.
I'll ask questions. Some will land immediately. Others might sit with you for days. The goal isn't to solve everything in our time together. It's to crack something open so you can move differently when you leave.
How to Prepare
Don't overthink it. Seriously.
You don't need slides or talking points. You don't need to have it all figured out. In fact, the less polished you show up, the more useful this will be.
Before we meet, spend a few minutes getting clear on one thing: What's actually weighing on you right now? Not the surface-level stuff you'd tell your team or your friends. The real thing underneath.
That's where we start.
What Makes This Different
Most advice you get is about doing more, being better, and optimizing harder. I'm not interested in that. I'm interested in what happens when you stop running and actually look at what's in front of you.
Coaching is a space where we talk about the stuff that matters but rarely gets airtime. How do you make decisions? How you communicate when it counts. The gap between how you see yourself and how others experience you.
This isn't about fixing you. You're not broken. But you might be operating from patterns that worked once and don't anymore. We're here to find those patterns and decide what to keep and what to let go.
How to Get the Most Out of It
Show up honest. That's it.
If you come in trying to impress or prove you've got it handled, we'll waste time. If you come in willing to admit what's hard, what's confusing, what's keeping you up at night, that's when something shifts.
I don't care about your title or your resume. I care about what you're actually struggling with and what you're ready to do about it.
Let’s name something you've been dancing around so you can walk away with one clear move instead of ten vague ones.
That's the work. Simple, uncomfortable, and surprisingly effective.
